About Victor
Hi, my name is Victor, and I love Computer Science!
For 8 years I have been developing a range of different kinds of apps while learning how to code, from games to math simulations to working on Internet apps; it has, and still is, a journey I am glad to have taken.
And now, under my guidance, you can start your journey too!
As someone with tutoring experience (specifically in mathematics), I believe I have the experience and confidence to help you start learning how to program.
Whether you are a beginner or already have some knowledge of it, there is always something more you can learn about, and that's why I'm here: to give you that opportunity to develop your skills.
I am confident in a variety of languages, such as C, Python, Scratch and Java, so rest assured; regardless of your background in programming, there is a language that will help make it easy and straight forward to learn.

Lessons are targeted at those in secondary education (ages 13 - 17), with a lesson typically being 2 hours in length with a break in the middle.
Lessons take place on the weekend.
Currently offering teaching the C programming language, with more languages to come in the future.
My teaching methods involve a mix of:
Introducing new concepts,
Applying them to examples, and
Individual work with said concepts.
Additionally, once enough knowledge has been accumulated over a period of time, work can begin on mini projects which aim to use everything learned up to that point to create applications, demonstrations and more.
These learning journeys are structured with planned roadmaps that can be adapted to work for students. Essentially, they are made to help you work at your pace, so that you can learn at the pace you want, with no need for rushing things.
As someone who has both tutored for a year and been programming for 8 years, I know the ins and outs of programming well and can help make the learning process challenging, productive and, most of all, fun!
