About Devina
My passion for programming began when I realised how simple instructions could create powerful digital solutions. I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science followed by a PhD in Computer Engineering. Over the last 10 years, I have helped students learn programming through clear explanations and practical learning methods.
I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style to match individual needs. My focus is on helping students understand concepts deeply rather than memorising code patterns. I encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and consistent practice.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new technologies, software development tools, and coding projects. Staying updated helps me bring real-world relevance into my lessons. Helping students turn ideas into working programs is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My programming lessons focus on helping students understand how logic becomes working software. I teach topics such as Python, Java, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, debugging, and software design using simple explanations and hands-on practice. Instead of memorising syntax, students learn how to think like problem solvers. Small coding exercises help make learning interactive and practical.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level and learning goals. Beginners start with variables, loops, and functions, while intermediate learners build stronger problem-solving and coding structure skills. Advanced students work on algorithms, optimisation, and project-based development through guided practice. Regular exercises and feedback help students improve steadily.
Programming builds patience, creativity, and logical thinking. My goal is to help students gain confidence in writing code and solving real-world problems. With supportive teaching, learners discover that programming is a skill they can truly master.
