About Greg
I am Greg, a UK-based father of 3 that has a passion for both helping people, and for project management :)
I'm an experienced project manager and leader who has worked their way up from junior PMO support roles, within large UK corporations in the Technology industry, to managing £multi-million portfolios, leading, coaching and mentoring teams of up to 20 project and delivery managers. I am a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner.

Project Management coaching and mentoring aimed at either inexperienced or newly promoted project managers, or those eager to take the next step in their career.
You can draw on my skills and experience in:
1. How to deliver any project successfully (hands-on practical support with documentation, governance frameworks etc)
2. How to recover projects that are off-track (full project healthcheck before sharing findings and working with you to draft and deliver a recovery plan)
3. How to stand out from the crowd and secure your first project management role (including career advice, CV writing support)
Lessons are bespoke and tailored to match the student's experience level and goals.
