About Mike
Experienced in delivering most types of project to many different organisations — during which time I have taught (formally and informally) many other “professionals” to deliver projects successfully.
Clue: NO amount of Project Management skills can compensate for Bad Planning in the first place.
So PLANNING is our initial focus .
Project Management comes only AFTER the Planing is done 100% correctly.
