About Lennart

Good day,

My name is Lennart. I play table tennis in Wolfsburg and have been working as a coach in this area for eight years. In addition to youth and adult training in my club, I led the regional squad for Gifhorn and Wolfsburg. In addition, I have experience in sports science and sports education through a Bachelor's and Master's degree. I currently work as a teacher in Braunschweig.

Most players in this sport are of the opinion that after a certain age and a certain number of years of playing, no further progress can be made, although many players would like to do so. I see it differently. My concept is based on getting the most out of what the player brings with them and thus making real leaps in performance regardless of age and current league without having to relearn the sport.

I am also happy to help those who would like to learn this sport. Age is not important. Thanks to my experience as a youth and adult coach, as well as head of a regional squad, I see myself as being able to help every player progress.

About the lesson

Of course, it is best for a player's development if there is a trainer available in their own hall with whom they can regularly work on their own technique, tactics and mental strength. Unfortunately, this is rarely the case and most players in amateur table tennis are then more dependent on the sometimes helpful, sometimes rather confusing tips of their club colleagues and on using YouTube videos. I would like to offer an alternative to this with my online coaching offer. We would meet regularly via video call at a time interval of your choice and work on your game. The online coaching includes:

- Video analyses from league games and training
- Creation of an individual training plan with specific training focuses and exercises (adapted to your goals and possibilities)
- Building mental strength for competition

I would like to stress again at this point that I believe that every player can develop with the right training, regardless of their age and playing class. I am therefore happy to welcome anyone who has the courage to work towards their goals and to achieve them.
