About Marty

I have a background in communication and marketing. I studied at the Faculty of Italian language and culture in Perugia (IT) where I met people from all over the world interested in Italian culture in all its aspects. Therefore I understood how much my culture is appreciated abroad.

About the lesson

I have a practical approach. Starting from the practice I go back to the theory and to the history of every dish. But cooking is not only a matter of learning it is most of all a matter of having fun!
