About McKinley
I’m a dedicated boxing coach passionate about helping athletes improve their skills, discipline, and confidence through the sport of boxing. My goal is to teach proper fundamentals while pushing each student to reach their full potential both physically and mentally.
I work with beginners, fitness clients, and athletes who want to sharpen their boxing technique. My coaching focuses on strong fundamentals such as footwork, punching technique, defense, and conditioning. Every lesson is tailored to the individual so that each student can progress at their own pace while continuing to challenge themselves.
I believe boxing builds more than just strength and skill—it builds confidence, focus, and resilience. My mission is to create a positive and motivating training environment where every student can grow and succeed.

My boxing lessons are designed to help athletes of all levels improve their skills, conditioning, and confidence. Each session focuses on the core fundamentals of boxing, including proper stance, footwork, punching technique, defense, and combinations.
Training sessions also include conditioning drills to build speed, power, endurance, and overall fitness. Whether you’re a beginner learning the basics, someone training for fitness, or an athlete looking to sharpen your skills, lessons are tailored to fit your individual goals and experience level.
My goal is to create a focused and motivating environment where students can develop discipline, improve their technique, and build confidence while learning the art of boxing.
