About Sara
I am an M.Sc. Counseling Psychology graduate and a practicing Consultant Psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. My background in psychology helps me understand each learner’s individual needs, learning pace, confidence level, and emotional well-being.

My counselling sessions provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about what you are going through. With an empathetic, patient, and structured approach, I aim to help you understand your emotions, develop healthier coping skills, build confidence, and move towards meaningful, lasting change.
