About Patsy
I have a First class BSc degree, with honours, in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counselling. Following on from this I worked in a college with students aged 16 to 18 facilitating both emotional support and educational support in a range of subjects, including GCSE resit preparation.

My teaching methodology is very much centred upon wellbeing, stress management and confidence building. Often when we struggle to learn a specific subject it is not the material that is the issue but our beliefs about our capabilities. I therefore aim to focus on reducing anxiety, breaking subject material down into simple bitesize pieces and moving at a comfortable pace.
