About Dr Beatrice

I hold a PhD in Psychology and am a Lecturer with extensive experience supporting students. I also have a PGCE and two further teaching qualifications, and a Certificate in Professional Life Coaching, bringing an evidence-based, supportive approach to academic coaching.

About the lesson

My ideal clients are university students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or lacking confidence in their academic journey. They often seek support with anxiety, procrastination, perfectionism, or navigating key transitions such as starting university or completing major projects. I help them move forward by offering a supportive, structured space to build self-awareness, develop practical strategies, and break challenges into manageable steps, enabling them to regain clarity, confidence, and direction. I specialise in academic coaching grounded in psychology and education. I support clients with study skills, time management, and confidence, as well as overcoming anxiety, perfectionism, and procrastination. I offer a structured, supportive approach to help clients build clarity, resilience, and sustainable habits for academic success. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. Many students experience these challenges at different points in their journey. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space to help you make sense of things and move forward. You’re very welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
