About Aleen
"I'm a psychology postgraduate with an MA in Psychology from the University of Kashmir and a BSc Psychology (Honors) from CHRIST University. My journey into psychology has been shaped by hands-on experience from clinical internships at hospitals to working directly with children's development at an NGO, alongside research on topics like emotional regulation, resilience, and psychological well-being. I genuinely enjoy breaking down psychological concepts into something people can actually relate to and use in their own lives, rather than just memorize for exams. Teaching, for me, is a way to share that same clarity and curiosity with others, whether they're preparing for an exam or simply want to understand themselves and people around them a little better."
