About Mehak
As a psychology student pursuing my Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology, I have a deep passion for both understanding human behavior and sharing that knowledge with others. Teaching psychology isn’t just about delivering lectures—it’s about making concepts come alive through real-world examples, open discussions, and case studies that spark curiosity. I believe learning should be engaging and interactive, so I encourage students to research, think critically, and connect psychological theories to everyday life.

In my classroom, psychology isn’t just something we read about—it’s something we experience. Instead of just giving lectures, I bring in real-life examples and encourage open discussions to make learning fun and meaningful. I want my students to think, question, and explore, which is why I push them to research and dive into case studies to truly understand psychological concepts.
Every now and then, we have both objective and subjective tests, not just to assess knowledge but to spark deeper thinking.
More than anything, I want our classroom to be a space filled with curiosity, creativity, and open conversations. Psychology is all around us, and my goal is to help students see it, understand it, and apply it in their everyday lives
