My current deep commitment to a volunteer position within the Life Skills Online Programme is a testament to my dedication. Here, I provide unwavering support to individuals facing challenges, particularly those dealing with depression and mental health issues, making a tangible difference in their lives. My academic credentials include a Professional Diploma in Psychology, a QQI Level 6 in Mental Health, and additional Psychology of Criminal Behaviour coursework.
With seven years in psychology studies and research, from psychotherapy to neuropsychology, I'm passionate about the mind and how life variables impact mental health and behaviour. I use diverse methods to provide accurate care and support.
