I am a Psychology educator and PhD scholar with a UGC-NET JRF qualification and a background in counseling, research, and teaching. My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and focused on understanding rather than memorizing. I believe Psychology becomes much easier when concepts are connected to real-life situations, everyday behavior, and practical examples.
**Teaching techniques and methods:**
I use simple explanations, real-life examples, discussions, case-based learning, diagrams, and concept revision. I adapt my teaching style according to the student’s level, learning pace, and academic goals.
**Usual class structure:**
Each class generally begins with a quick review of previous concepts, followed by introduction of the new topic. I explain the concept step-by-step, connect it with examples and applications, encourage questions and discussion, and end with a short recap and key points for revision.
**What makes my classes different:**
I focus on making difficult Psychology concepts easy to understand and remember. With a background in counseling, research, and academic teaching, I try to connect theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world applications. I also encourage students to ask questions and develop their own understanding rather than simply memorizing answers.
