About Merlyn
In school, I was known as the “student-teacher.” I would help my classmates with last-minute studying before the exams by revising all the important topics, questions and of course diagrams. I would give them tips and tricks to memorise difficult scientific words and other complicated definitions. My friends always preferred my explanations to that of our teacher's. I scored well, assisted my classmates with revision (who also got amazing grades) and received appreciation for the same.
My handwritten notes, flashcards and other study resources have proved to be highly beneficial for all my classmates and friends who, believe it or not, happened to be my students back then.
Being a science student myself, I know how it feels. I mean, you're sitting at your desk, all set to focus for hours, but look how quickly you enter into Utopia as soon as you open your books and begin to imagine things that will probably never come true in a million years! I have gone through it all. And trust me when I say "all".
I can help you out with not just science but also study tricks. To be precise, I can help you get rid of procrastination.

My tutoring methodology involves engaging students, relating biology to everyday life, incorporating hands-on activities and multimedia materials, implementing ways to bridge technology and biology, organising science games, making lectures participatory and amalgamating writing.
I will do my best to keep my classroom open, interesting, respectful, courteous, structured, safe and of course - fun!
