Courtney was my high school English teacher, and she is one of the most understanding and friendliest people I've ever encountered! She is adaptable, does not give up on her students, gives great advice, and teaches exceptionally well!

Courtney is professional, student centered and will work hard to be sure she meets the needs of each student she works with. After working with her for over a decade, I can confidently say she is one of the best teachers I have had the honor to work with.

Courtney was my student in 6th grade. Yes, she was/is smart..but, more importantly, she is empathetic and ethical. She was always patient with those students who were not as quick to learn as she. She had a wonderful wit. We have kept in touch through many years and hundreds of miles and I have watched her grow from an 11 year old child to an incredibly accomplished adult. If I had any part of making her the phenomenal person she is today, that makes me proud.

High school was never easy for me especially the English curriculum. I had her my senior year of high school and she was always patient when I asked for office hours.
