My approach to teaching depends on the student and the subject matter. I take into account learning styles and work to devise the best plan for the best possible outcome. For example, I may incorporate real-life problem solving exercises for application of knowledge, online discussion to promote critical thinking and role play activities to supplement learning. I view myself as a facilitator of learning and expect the student to play an active role in learning. I have experience as both a classroom teacher and as an online instructor.

Details
My rate has been calculated based on my formal education, training and experience in the area of career exploration and decision-making to include assessment.
As emergency situations occur from time to time, there will be no charge for the first cancellation with 1 hour notice. Any and all subsequent cancellations without 24 hour prior notice will be charged 1/2 of the hourly rate for the number of hours scheduled.
