About Gipsy

With a DEUG in literature and foreign languages, I've always had a passion for words, cultures and people, which led me to travel and expatriate at an early age.

Despite my traditional background, it's really during my expatriations that I best acquired language learning techniques, having learned several on my own (Spanish, Serbo-Croatian, etc.).

I'm also a published author of novels and self-help books, and have recently opened a publishing house for children.

As a polyglot, I teach in French, English and Portuguese (Brazilian) according to individual needs.

About the lesson

Friends from England, America, Brazil, Italy, Germany, Greece, Canada, Spain, Osman... (I'm not going to be able to name them all, so don't slap me on the wrist :) )... in short, students of all ages and from all walks of life, whether you're a total beginner or just want to perfect your French, there's a good chance I'm the person for you... (Don't get me wrong, I'm a very humble person, si si...).

Once I've made sure you've got a solid grounding, I use a variety of media to suit everyone's tastes and needs:

- Online support and personal material (I often write my own texts to suit the student)
- Grammar/vocabulary books
- Comic books and mangas
- Games and quizzes

I provide personalized exercises between lessons - if desired.

With me, no subject is taboo. Whether we're talking about everyday life, fashion, history, music, literature, sports, social issues... I promise you one thing: total immersion in the culture - which means what school doesn't teach you.

As a thriller and children's author, I write most of my own material.
And because there's no better learning tool than a smile... I always bring my good humor to class with me.

Speaking English, Portuguese (Brazil), with a solid grounding in German, I can give lessons in the aforementioned languages for beginners. Classes can be one-to-one or in groups. Possibly face-to-face around Villeneuve Loubet.

les leçons sont faciles à suivre mais sont suffisamment complexes pour vous donner l’impression de vraiment apprendre.

les devoirs donnés après chaque cours permettent vraiment d'avancer plus rapidement dans la langue. ce n'est jamais ennuyeux , mon temps préféré de la semaine, ce sont les cours avec Gipsy. franchement je la recommande vraiment !
