Adriana has been an excellent Cello teacher. She helped my correct my bowing technique and has been patient and supportive. She has let me progress at my own pace but always showing me something new.

Adriana has been my teacher for 4 years now and she is nothing short of an incredible teacher and person. She is extremely helpful in terms of teaching techniques in cello and also a constant source of encouragement always making you feel good about any achievement. She always provides cellos of high calibre as well as bows, rosin and any other equipment. She always has a fun, loving nature and personality and has certainly made me a better cellist throughout my time with her

Adriana is a great teacher because she combines her expertise in multiple musical instruments with the most important thing in a teacher: she makes learning fun.

Lessons are always enormously enjoyable, and Adriana has a knack of helping you feel comfortable and confident as you learn. Progress is rapid, and because it's fun then it feels easy!

She plays the cello, clarinet and flute to a high standard, gives concerts regularly, and also restores old musical instruments. All this experience means that she brings a huge depth of knowledge to help you improve and reach your potential.

Adriana is a superlative teacher, because she is capable of accessing all the personal blockades which prevent a student from playing his/her best. She is devoted to her students and to her instrument. She has numerous years of teaching experience in schools around Johannesburg to draw on, which stand her and her present and future students in good stead. In addition, she can simply draw on a very broad experience of artistic life, making her an empathetic and open-minded teacher.
