About Alicia
I have 7 years of teaching experience, from individual tuition to teaching full classes in various environments such as international English-speaking schools, Montessori ones as well as French Lycées abroad. I am patient, kind and I know how to enhance the individual strengths of my students to boost their self-confidence and therefore learning abilities, while adapting to the pace of each learner, child and adult. I have excellent interpersonal skills and I can adjust my teaching style and methods so it fits the personality of each of my students. I am flexible and committed to creating a climate of trust with each of my students. I am therefore really well aware of challenges anyone faces when learning a foreign language as I speak and learn several foreign languages myself (English, Russian, Cambodian and Spanish.) I graduated from the Institute of Political Sciences of Lille (Sciences Po) mastering in Cultural Management and I have a diploma in teaching French as a Foreign Language with the CNED. I worked in a multicultural environment (Czech Republic, Australia, Norway , Belgium, Asia, Ukraine) for 10 years and I have now been back in France for a year.
