About Maxine

I have over 18 years of experience in teaching jazz, classical and contemporary piano, as well as music theory. My students have achieved distinctions in their international music examinations, and have been category winners at eisteddfods. If examinations are not for you - no problem. Learn how to play your favourite songs.

About the lesson

Piano and/or music theory lessons are available in English or Afrikaans for all ages; from beginners to intermediate; online or in person. Lessons are fun and tailored to suit each individual's goals. Students may choose whether or not to train for music examinations.
