About Natalie
I qualified as a mature student after having a career in a different field. I have 3 children and a Grandchild.
I am passionate about trauma informed practices, systemic change and dynamic/creative person centred social work.
I currently run a service for a local authority that prevents the repeat removal of children from their families.
I have experience in all areas of children’s social work, including Fostering, Special Guardianship and permanency. I also have experience in Adult Mental Health as Adult Safeguarding.
