About Julia

After beginning to play the piano at the age of 5, Julia then also began playing the violin at age 9. She completed her secondary education at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School and her Bachelor of Music Performance at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Melbourne in 2023.
Julia has been an active performer since the age of 13 and have been part of a multitude of orchestral projects, national and international tours and concerts.

For over four years Julia has been sharing her love for music and violin playing with students of diverse backgrounds and age groups for over four years.

About the lesson

With a deep passion for music and extensive experience in teaching the violin, Julia find great joy in inspiring and guiding musicians of all levels and ages.

Over the years, Julia has refined her teaching skills as well as her performance skills, helping her students develop not only their technical proficiency but also a profound appreciation for the beauty and artistry of music.

Julia’s teaching philosophy centres around creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. She is dedicated to tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each student, ensuring that they become not only skilled violinists but also confident and expressive musicians and performers.
