About Lucia
I have been teaching foreign languages since the age of 20. I have taught in London, UK and Buenos Aires, Argentina, both in schools and private lessons at home. In schools, I tend to have 30 students per class, which implies sometimes I have 120 students a year, depending on the number of courses I teach. I have a 100% success rate with private students and 85% with students at school, with many of the students with SpLDs making significant improvements.

I have more than eight years' experience in teaching ESOL in primary and secondary schools in Argentina and England to students of a wide range of levels (from false beginners to upper-intermediate). As well, I have been tutoring in modern languages for 9 years (Spanish and French). I also teach students with specific learning difficulties. I tailor each class according to the students' needs. I combine a use of materials that they might bring (if they are in school, for instance) with my own. My classes are dynamic and I strive to make them fun and interesting. I use a wide range of audiovisual material and games.
