About Charlotte
I am a professional dancer who has been training as a Barre Fitness Instructor and am now ready to teach classes! During my training I have taught over 50 students and have received positive and satisfied feedback from all. My classes help to strengthen and lengthen the muscles to improve muscle tone and flexibility. A guarantee feel good class to heighten those endorphins and get you sweating from the comfort of your own home with very little space required.

My teaching method is based on improving everyones relationship with exercise and ensuring clients leave the class feeling exhilarated, positive and good about themselves. I understand it can be tough to commit to a class but my Barre Classes make you want to get up and move to the upbeat and fun music. When working from home a chair is a great substitute for the Ballet Barre and I sometimes integrate props including a ball and a block however all classes can be adapted with no props.
Barre focuses on repeating small muscle contractions to tire the muscle which helps to tone and strengthen, rather than lifting heavy weights which will increase the muscle size.
The lesson begins with an active warm up to raise the heart rate and get the body moving.
Then we will move through the body in sections focusing on upper body (shoulders, back and arms), core (tummy muscles), glutes (bottom muscles) and thighs. The class will end with a cool down integrating yoga poses to lengthen the muscles we have just worked.

Details
All private online classes cost £20ph however if you would like me to rent a studio in Brighton for the class that will be an additional £20ph so £40ph in total.
For 2 people it costs £15ppph.
If the group size increases it will be £10ppph.
Travel to outside of Brighton can be discussed on request.
