About Amy
I have been mentoring for 5 years in all different aspects of life from confidence boosting to mental health. Whether you have been diagnosed specifically with a mental health condition or not this makes no difference to me and I am here to listen and provide advice.
I have mentored a large number of people between the ages of 12 to 20, all have said that my advice has helped them large amounts and led them into a better place physically or mentally. Whether you just need to talk to someone or require advice, I am available.

I am passionate towards helping others with a variety of issues involving mental health or general life. I am an empathetic listener who is understanding and caring towards every individual.
My sessions involve a brief introduction of each other, followed by an exploration of the topics you wish to discuss. Advice and support of a high quality will be provided and when completed, will leave you feeling more positive and have a different view towards the subjects at hand.
Whether you are a teenager with anxiety towards school or college or a young adult dealing with mental health, I will provide a place to let off some steam.
