> I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and CBT Psychotherapist with over 12 years of therapeutic experience. I am also a former Psychology Lecturer and have previous experience providing private tutoring.
My background combines psychology, counselling, CBT and education, giving me both academic knowledge and extensive practical experience of applying psychological and counselling theory in real-world settings.
I particularly enjoy supporting counselling and psychology students to develop their knowledge, confidence and professional identity. I can provide support with counselling theory and skills, reflective practice, personal development and understanding psychological concepts.
My teaching style is warm, encouraging and collaborative. I aim to make complex ideas easier to understand while helping students develop their own thinking rather than simply giving them answers.
I offer online sessions for adult learners, counselling trainees and psychology students.

My lessons are supportive, practical and tailored to your individual learning needs.
I offer online tutoring in psychology and counselling, including counselling theory, therapeutic approaches, counselling skills, reflective practice and personal development.
I can support counselling students with developing their practical skills, building confidence, understanding theory and connecting classroom learning with real therapeutic practice. Personal development sessions can explore self-awareness, values, boundaries, use of self and professional development.
For psychology students, I can help you understand key psychological theories and concepts and develop your confidence in applying your knowledge.
Sessions are collaborative and relaxed, with space to ask questions, practise skills and focus on the areas where you need the most support.
