I am a qualified BDS dentist and current MPH student with proven experience tutoring O Level and A Level Biology. About the lesson

My name is Bilal, and my approach to tutoring is student-centred, structured, and exam-focused. I believe strong results come from clear concepts, consistent practice, and confidence building. I begin by assessing a student’s current level and identifying weak areas, then tailor lessons to meet their individual learning needs. Complex topics are broken down into simple explanations using diagrams, real-life examples, and step-by-step reasoning. Regular past paper practice, exam techniques, and feedback are a key part of my teaching methodology.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, which includes concept explanation, guided practice, and exam-style questions. Longer sessions can be arranged when needed, especially closer to exams.
I hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and am currently studying for a Master’s in Public Health (MPH). I have experience tutoring O Level and A Level students, particularly in Biology, supported by strong subject knowledge in human biology, anatomy, and medical sciences. My lessons are suitable for secondary school and college-level students, typically aged 14–18, including those preparing for exams or retakes. I aim to make lessons engaging, supportive, and results-driven, helping students improve both understanding and performance.
