About Lois

I am a qualified Secondary History teacher with 4 years' experience teaching 11-16 year olds up to GCSE level. I entered teaching 4 years ago, and have developed my passion for History throughout this time. By creating engaging and proactive tutoring sessions, it allows pupils to gain the most from their sessions.

About the lesson

I am very pupil-focused when it comes to my teaching method. I aim to ensure all pupils enjoy the lessons, whilst making excellent progress, by making lessons as interactive and engaging as possible. My lesson structure varies on age group, but often includes independent and collaborative work to ensure all pupils excel in my class.
