About Ryan

Hi, I'm Ryan, a fully qualified Maths tutor with over 8 years of experience helping students excel in KS3, GCSE, and A Level Mathematics. Having once struggled with maths myself before going on to achieve an A grade at A Level, a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and a Master's with High Merit in Teaching and Learning, I understand first hand how transformative the right support can be. My own journey has shaped my teaching philosophy, with lessons that are clear, structured, and designed to build confidence as well as lasting understanding. Alongside my classroom and tutoring experience, I have conducted mathematical education research and have extensive experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs, adapting my teaching to ensure every learner feels supported, capable, and able to achieve their full potential.

About the lesson
