About Amanda
I’m Amanda, Founder and Director of Inspire Movement Coaching Online Academy, where I have had the privilege of teaching students from around the world.
I am a qualified Meditation Teacher and Teacher Trainer, ERYT-500 Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), with more than 2,000 hours of professional training and over 20 years of teaching experience.
My background began in professional dance and movement, and I later developed a deep passion for yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathwork. I also hold a Master of Professional Practice and a Postgraduate certificate in Creative Industries..
I love sharing meditation because it can be such a simple and accessible practice to bring into everyday life. My teaching style is warm, supportive and down-to-earth. I want my students to feel comfortable, never judged or pressured, and confident in developing a meditation practice that feels right for them.

My private meditation lessons are designed around you, your experience and what you would like to gain from your practice. Whether you are completely new to meditation or would like to deepen an existing practice, I provide a warm, supportive and accessible approach.
Sessions are 30 minutes to 1 hour and can include guided meditation, mindfulness, breath awareness, relaxation techniques, Yoga Nidra and other meditation practices.
As a qualified Meditation Teacher and Teacher Trainer, ERYT-500 Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), I bring many years of teaching and professional training to each session.
Lessons are suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners, and every session is personalised to your individual needs and goals. My aim is to give you practical techniques that you can comfortably incorporate into your everyday life.
