About Isabel

¡Hola! I'm Isabel, a qualified native Spanish teacher, QTS holder and certified DELE Examiner with extensive experience teaching Spanish in the UK and internationally.

I have taught learners of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced C1–C2 students, both face-to-face and online. My experience includes teaching at Instituto Cervantes in London and Brussels, supporting students in UK secondary schools, preparing learners for GCSE and A Level Spanish, and teaching at university level.

Whether you want to improve your grades, prepare for an official exam, develop confidence in speaking or learn Spanish for work, travel or personal interest, I can help you achieve your goals.

About the lesson

My lessons are communicative, structured and personalised.

I believe that learning a language should be both enjoyable and effective. We will focus on developing your confidence and ability to communicate naturally in Spanish, while also building a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and accuracy.

Depending on your goals, lessons may include:

For GCSE and A Level students, I provide targeted support with speaking, writing, grammar, vocabulary and exam technique. I can also help you build confidence and develop strategies to perform at your best in examinations.

For DELE candidates, my experience as a certified DELE Examiner allows me to provide focused preparation based on the requirements of the examination, including practice with the different exam tasks and personalised feedback.
