About Monica
Ex-professional dancer, working choreographer and movement director in live performances and film. Have been teaching Pilates for several years, as it supported me throughout my dancing career and beyond.
Over my several years of Pilates teaching experience I tailor sessions to the client's needs, supported by my extensive knowledge in body anatomy. Sessions are about building strength, realigning the body and instilling confidence in your own body.

Experienced Pilates Instructor based in London offering private Pilates sessions online or in-person. With over 13 years working with clients of all abilities. Focusing on rehab, chronic pain, pre-natal, post-natal, rebalancing the body.
Private sessions tailored to the client's needs. Mostly online. In-person in Ealing, Westminster and Kensington only.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long of matwork Pilates, informed by classical and contemporary method. Main principles of the method are alignment, breath, flow, control, coordination, proprioception.
Qualifications:
STOTT Level 3 Qualified in Matwork Pilates
Level 3 Personal Trainer
Girls Gone Strong Women's coach
Specialist training Post-Natal, Pre-Natal, Spinal issues, knee and hip pain.
