As a qualified primary school teacher with a Bachelor of Education (Primary), I aim to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel confident to grow and succeed. I tailor each lesson to the individual needs of the student, using a mix of structured guidance, hands-on activities, and positive reinforcement to build understanding and boost confidence — especially in core areas like English and Maths.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and flexible. I break down concepts into manageable steps and use real-life examples, visual aids, and games (especially for younger learners) to keep lessons interactive and relatable.
Lessons typically run for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the age and focus area. I offer tutoring for primary-aged students (Kindergarten to Year 6) and can also support students transitioning into high school who may need extra help with foundational skills.
Whether your child needs help catching up, extending themselves, or just building confidence, my goal is to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
