Irish Grinds & Primary School Support
Are you looking for Irish grinds or additional support with primary school subjects and homework? I am a fully qualified and registered primary school teacher with 5 years’ classroom experience, offering engaging, supportive and personalised grinds for primary school children. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Irish and Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Education, and a Level 6 qualification in Play Therapy. I also have experience working in a Naíonra. Having attended a Gaelcholáiste before completing my degree in Irish, I have developed a strong foundation in the language and a genuine passion for teaching Irish. Irish Grinds Irish is my favourite subject to teach, and I am passionate about helping children develop their confidence and enjoyment of the language. I can provide support with oral Irish, grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, homework, schoolwork and general confidence in using the language.
I also offer support across the primary school curriculum, including English, Irish and Maths, as well as reading, spelling, homework and general study skills. Sessions are tailored to each child’s individual needs, whether they require support with a particular area of the curriculum, additional practice or help building their confidence. With my classroom experience and background in education and play therapy, I understand that every child learns differently. I aim to create a positive, relaxed and encouraging learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing their skills at their own pace.
