As a qualified Reiki Master with over 15 years of experience in yoga and meditation, I offer Reiki training that blends energy healing principles with mindfulness and breath awareness. My teaching style is intuitive, supportive, and grounded in traditional Usui Reiki. Lessons are 60–90 minutes and include a mix of theory, hands-on practice, and self-reflection. I also incorporate gentle movement and meditation to help you connect deeply with Reiki energy. Classes are available for complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Whether you're seeking personal healing or aiming to become a certified practitioner, my sessions provide a safe and enriching learning space.
