I am a qualified science teacher with 13 years of experience in both full-time education and private tutoring. I specialise in GCSE Science and A Level Biology, with in-depth knowledge of all major UK exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and others. This allows me to tailor my support to the specific requirements of each specification and help students prepare effectively for their assessments. My teaching style is dynamic, student-centred, and highly responsive. I aim to make science engaging and accessible by balancing clear, structured teaching with the flexibility to adapt lessons in real time based on student needs. Every session is built around a personalised learning plan, which I create in collaboration with the student. This ensures lessons are targeted and purposeful, addressing individual goals, strengths, and areas for development. A typical lesson with me is interactive, focused, and results-driven. I use a mix of explanation, discussion, and exam-style questions to build understanding and exam confidence.
