I've known Kelly since she was a Beaver leader for my son. I was delighted to find that she was able to provide tutoring for my 9 year old. She is so patient and kind with him, and can talk him down from any tantrum or sulk. She won't take any nonsense, but is also non critical and encouraging. She includes me in discussions as to what I think the priorities are and explains what she's done in as much detail as I want.
