About Eisha
Hi! I'm Eisha - a Qualified Secondary Maths Teacher with experience teaching students from Primary through to GCSE. I specialise in helping learners build confidence, develop a genuine understanding of maths, and achieve outstanding exam results.
Over the past year, 100% of my GCSE students have achieved or exceeded their predicted grades - a result of targeted teaching, confidence-building, and dedicated support.

My lessons are calm, structured, and purposeful, creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. From the very beginning, I work on building their confidence so they feel capable and encouraged.
I focus on building confidence alongside mathematical skills, helping students approach problems with a positive mindset and increasing independence over time. I won't rush through topics, and I won't move on until I know my student has fully grasped a concept.
I also make a point of relating maths to real‑life situations - from budgeting and proportion in recipes to everyday problem-solving. I'm a firm believer in connecting maths with daily life, so that students understand why maths matters and how it applies beyond the classroom.
For students preparing for exams, I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, including how to structure answers, avoid common mistakes, interpret questions correctly, and manage time effectively. We work through past papers, mark schemes, and targeted practice to build confidence and exam‑ready skills.
