About Hannah

I am a qualified secondary music teacher currently working in South Liverpool. I hold a BMus and a PGDE in Secondary Music and have over nine years’ experience teaching piano. I enjoy supporting students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to those preparing for exams, helping them build confidence and a genuine love for music. Lessons are always tailored to individual needs, and I can also travel to students’ homes (travel fee may vary depending on distance).

About the lesson

Lessons are designed to be engaging, structured, and tailored to each pupil’s goals and experience. For new or beginner pupils, we begin with a friendly chat about what you’d like to achieve, so lessons can be planned around your personal aims — whether that’s learning for enjoyment, working towards exams, or building performance skills. Weekly lessons are 30 or 60 minutes long and usually follow school term-time dates, but I can be flexible with this. I teach all ages and levels from around age 6 upwards. Sessions focus on developing strong technique, musical understanding, and confidence, while keeping learning enjoyable and motivating. Lessons are available on weekday evenings with limited weekend availability. I can also travel to your home if needed (travel fee may apply depending on distance).
