About Samuel
I am a qualified teacher and have been offering private tuition for the last two years in Weston-super-Mare. Due to some year 6’s finishing after SATs, I have some spaces in my weekly diary. I am able to take on any ages between 4-16.
I come with many references and testimonials from previous parents and children that I have worked with. I believe in children learning in a safe environment, but also recognise the importance of learning being fun and engaging.
Private tuition can aid the following:
- renewed confidence and self belief in the child's own abilities.
- focused lesson planning around the required developments needed by the child.
- the opportunity to ask as many questions during their time to ensure understanding.
- weekly reading benchmarking offering a professional view on the development of the child's reading ability.
I hold an up to date DBS check which is on the update service.
