About Jennifer
I specialise in supporting female changemakers reach their potential by embracing their depths. I dedicate my work to this because it’s a journey I know well.
I grew up in an Indonesian-Ecuadorian family in Australia. To be the child of immigrants means growing up acutely aware of the enormous sacrifices that your parents have made. You live with the pressure of knowing that your parents forfeited their dreams, so that one day, you would have the opportunities that they never had. It’s called *immigrant guilt,* and it was the very thing that drove me to my peak and inevitably to my lows.
I spent 8 years as a digital product designer for Google, Deloitte and various technology scale-ups in Europe. Meritocratic attitudes invite the misleading thought that your career is a measure of your worth. After realising that I didn't know who I was outside of my career and my achievements, I decided to take a break from Tech.
Facilitated by gifted therapists, coaches, yoga teachers and healers, I became increasingly interested in the hidden and, often subconscious, layers which influence our lives. Yoga transformed my relationship with my body and inner experience, and was the trailhead that has led me here. My struggle brought me to this work, but my joy brings this work to you.
Today, I spend my time supporting inspiring women achieve the next level of their personal and professional potential. When I’m not facilitating my client’s self-discovery, I am deep in student mode, surrounding myself with best-in-class teachers.
For me, there’s no finish line. I’m infinitely curious about how deep this relationship with myself goes, and I want to take you on that journey too.

We aren’t often given the space to unpack the hidden layers which influence our behaviour and experience of life. Modern interactions are built on the assumption that helping people means thinking for them – we interrupt one another, finish each other's sentences, fill in the silent gaps and give unsolicited advice.
Real help consists of listening to people so they can access their own thoughts first. Every person is capable of finding the answers to their own unique challenges. My role is to facilitate the dialogue which enables self-discovery, awareness and autonomy.
The process is simple and powerful. You speak. I listen. Together, we create from your future, not from your past. We explore change through incisive questions, reflection, choice and behaviour.
Each coaching session will focus on an outcome that you would like to explore. We unpack what is holding you back, what your options are and agree on next steps to propel you forward.
