About Shubhangini
Compartmentalizing complex concepts into abstract, creative, and sequential elements defines my teaching methodology. I try to introduce daily life problems in math making math more real than it is. More emphasis is on concept understanding than just fetching marks.
With the experience of teaching a few primary and high school students, I have learnt that every child's learning methodology is different and the same method doesn't work for each one.

As a mathematics teacher, my approach centers around engagement, understanding, and practical application. Here’s how I share my knowledge:
Conceptual Understanding Over Rote Memorization:
I emphasize understanding mathematical concepts rather than rote memorization.
Students learn better when they grasp the “why” behind mathematical principles.
Simple to Complex Approach:
I introduce topics in a gradual progression from simple to complex.
Starting with foundational concepts, we build up to more intricate ideas.
Active Participation:
Learning by doing is crucial. I encourage active participation in class.
Solving problems, discussing solutions, and exploring real-world applications enhance understanding.
Real-Life Connections:
I relate mathematics to students’ daily lives.
By connecting math to practical scenarios, students find it more relatable and easier to comprehend.
Remember Albert Einstein’s words: “Do not worry about your difficulties in mathematics. I can assure you mine are still greater.” Math can be challenging, but with the right approach, it becomes an exciting journey of discovery!
