About Capucine

My name is Capucine, and we will probably spend your first class learning how to pronounce my name. I grew up in France and studied law there. I moved to Toronto 3 years ago to do a degree in international relations. When I moved to Canada, I started helping my friends with their French exams. Later on, I started to be a French tutor at the university. I love helping people learn my native language. We all know how difficult it can be to learn French, so I’d like to make your learning more fun.

About the lesson

As a French person living in Brisbane, I had to go through the process of learning a new language, and I know how it can be difficult, stressful, and very boring. For those reasons, for a few years, I’ve been helping people around me learn French in a non-academic way. I will make the class fun and enjoyable. I like to believe that it’s easier to learn when you are in a comfortable environment. I can adapt to any level and any age. I can help you learn how to read, write, and converse in French. I can also help you prepare for high school exams.
