Hi, I’m Matthew Brownfield, a life and health coach passionate about empowering others to transform their lives through sustainable health habits and mindset shifts. My journey began at 405 pounds, feeling stuck and weighed down both physically and mentally. Over time, I lost 200 pounds and gained something far more valuable—control over my life and health.
Through dedication, I learned the importance of building healthy habits, fostering resilience, and maintaining a positive mindset. These changes didn’t just help me lose weight; they helped me regain my energy, self-confidence, and love for life. I became the dominant force in my own life, and now, I’m dedicated to paying that forward.
