About Intisha
Education is one of the most powerful tools we can give to students. I have always had a passion for teaching. And when I started teaching my sister’s kids, I knew right away that this is what I wanted to do in the future. I enjoy working one-on-one with students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Knowing that I can make a positive impact on someone’s life is incredibly fulfilling. I always create a safe space for students to feel free to ask any questions and encourage them to stay motivated and curious.

One of my strengths is that I am patient and I can adapt to different learning styles. I understand that every student is unique, and I take the time to figure out what works best for them, and I spend additional time to ensure they understand. I have always been around kids as my sister has 3, which helps me to understand them a bit better. Another strength is my strong communication skills, which help me explain complex ideas simply and engagingly. In a typical lesson plan, I make sure to clearly explain the concept with relevant examples, then I encourage students to ask me as many questions as possible. To further make sure they have a clear understanding of the subject, I give them practice questions to solve. In the whole process, I try to make it as fun and engaging as possible and continuously try to motivate them. I’m passionate about helping students succeed, and I love seeing their confidence grow as they master new skills. I teach from elementary school to middle school.
