About Eleanor
I have lots of teaching experience from students aged 11-24. I have a degree in French and Linguistics from the University of Oxford where I specialised in translation, literature, and language. I am currently working as an English language teacher at a university in France.

A typical lesson length is 50 minutes where the student and I are able to discuss their ideas, go over their own work, and provide detailed feedback. I have teaching experience with students aged 11 - 24 and therefore have a vast array of skills to engage students at any age. I specialise in teaching French, English & French literature, and personal statement/CV reviews. I also am able to offer individual support, insight, and advice for Oxbridge entrance exams. Having been an Oxford student and now a university teacher, I have a unique perspective from both sides of the application to best advise students. I can work with students wanting a one-off session to receive feedback on a particular piece of work, or I can work with students over a longer period of time to provide a more personalised learning experience.

Details
My rates are calculated based on my role as a professional teacher in both schools and universities and reflect my level of experience. Outside of the hour class, I am able to mark work including essays, personal statements, CVs etc. The price of these will depend on the length of the document and the level of feedback a student would like.
