About Alfie
I'm a second-year Spanish and German student studying at the University of Cambridge. I have now been learning Spanish for 8 years, getting an A* at both GCSE and A-Level, and my current level is C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. I have always been passionate about languages and I think one of the best feelings is when you are able to speak to someone else in their native language! Hopefully, I will be able to transfer this enthusiasm over to you! In the past, I have tutored students of ranging abilities. From my sessions, students have not only improved their language skills but have also gained more confidence in themselves, which I personally believe is one of the keys to succeeding in learning a language. Although I have mainly tutored students who are preparing for exams (GCSE and A-Level), I am more than happy to offer conversational classes.

Everybody learns in a different way, therefore before we start classes together, I recommend that we meet for a consultation session. This would allow me to get to know you and your interests, as well as will help me adapt the sessions to your learning style. As well as expanding your knowledge on the subject, my aim is to also improve your confidence, thus giving you the courage to apply your newly-acquired skills.
