About Asher
As a teenager I taught at my local sunday school and over the summer of 2016 I spent a month helping out teaching English in a refugee camp in northern Greece. I've got experience editing policy and academic papers and received a first class degree from the University of Edinburgh.

I grew up in Cambridge surrounded by people who fired up my interests in the humanities and social sciences. I know how important it is to have a great mentor and someone who genuinely finds the topics interesting. There are many aspects to doing well in the humanities and social sciences. The first and most important task is to find a way to address the topic which is relevant and exciting. Secondly, although a bit duller, you have to understand what the examiner wants to see in your essay, and the best ways to explicate your ideas as clearly and logically as possible I hope sessions will be interesting and inspire confidence that you can show off your ideas and arguments.
