About Siobhan
Hello! I'm a recent master's graduate from Oxford University, with over 500 hours of experience tutoring students aged between 8 and 16. I primarily specialise in teaching languages - Spanish, French and Latin - but also have a wealth of experience in English Literature and Language, particularly at 11+, 13+ and GCSE Level. I have specific expertise in the Cambridge iGCSE, AQA and OCR exam boards, but have worked with students on the whole range of boards so would be confident tackling them all. If you're looking for a tutor who can bring enthusiasm, structure and above all a friendly, personalised approach to every lesson, I would love to help!

I bring both expertise and enthusiasm to every lesson, and I like to find a balance between guided learning and independent work. I aim to keep lessons varied and enjoyable, while always keeping the end goal in mind—whether that’s exam success or building long-term understanding, and to that end I make regular use of past papers, exam technique practice, as well as creative writing tasks and structured skill-building exercises. Sessions typically last 1 to 1.5 hours and are always tailored to your specific needs and learning style.
